Refund Policy
At TAN Globus Training, we strive to provide a top-notch training and mock test experience. We understand that plans may change, and our refund policy aims to be fair and clear.
#1. Training Course Cancellations and Refund Requests
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the course start date.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel within 7 to 13 days of the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee.
- No Refund: No refunds will be provided if a cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the course start date.
#2. Mock Test Payment Refunds
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund for mock test purchases if the refund request is made before accessing the mock test platform.
- No Refund: Once access to the mock test has been granted or the test has been attempted, no refund will be provided.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from completing the mock test, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or offer a reschedule or refund on a case-by-case basis.
#3. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled training course and fail to provide prior notice, no refund will be issued.
#4. Course Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your training course at least 7 days before the start date without penalty, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the course start date may incur a 10% rescheduling fee.
#5. Course Cancellation by TAN Globus Training
- A full refund of the course or mock test fee, or
- The option to transfer your enrollment or mock test access to a future date at no extra charge.
#6. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tanglobal.org with your registration and payment details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
#7. Special Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or extenuating personal situations, please contact us directly. We will consider refunds or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
